Telescope House

Telescope House is situated at the top peak of the Doddabetta. The telescope house was opened on 18 June 1983, for public view. The house was set up and maintained by the Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation. Telescope house is a basically an observatory situated at the peak. Households a two-telescope to let visitors view the amazing view of the town Ooty or to engulf the mesmerizing mountain peak points. The place offers something for every age group. It has a small area with swings for kids to enjoy and fresh breeze place for adults to sit and enjoy.
